Feature Requests

At this time, if you scan a book into the SBYB manifest, there is no way to remove it. Could we add a feature to remove items from this manifest for better organization?

Ability for NS to determine if a database update is needed, and will initiate an update in the background on its own. This would be helpful as many of our partner stores work off laptops that either go into hibernate/sleep or completely shut down as battery runs out.

We use employee badges at many of our locations to sign in and out of our computers. Would there be a way to allow this in Neatoscan, tied to our employee profiles? Our badges use HID format for log-in. Is this something you could work with to create an auto log-in for employees into Neatoscan?

Drag & drop for fba boxing. We, and most other companies, have someone putting labels & boxing while another lists. When we finish lisitng, we reprint all the tickets and scan them into the boxes on neato. A bulk drag and drop feature would aid in making this process more efficient along with saving $ on the double labels we are printing. Or alternatively, the ability to list the items into a box rather than unpacked items. As you know, you have to submit the shipment before boxing.

Current operating hours do not support East Coast customers in the morning. There have been more connectivity issues as of late and we start at 8am ET and are stuck for an hour until you guys open.

Add a potential profit column for items scanned by the selected criteria. For example, John scanned items totaling a potential profit of $800. This was nice to have in the past to motivate and also rough forcasting.

When there are unshipped sold items, a notification "badge" or icon appears on the NeatoScan header (near the exit, settings, home icons) to alert you that an unshipped, sold item exists.

add a folder (similar to "listing errors" or "shipped" or "all listings") for amazon high pricing errors, for company to manually set the default price

Would like to see the ability to remove & replace backgrounds, either in the photo or listing stage, similar to a tool like Photoroom on Android
