When picking on Mobile, after selecting payment date/location/marketplace, the resulting pick list is defined by order time. If there are more than 100 orders within those parameters, the picker will need to run a second pick list, and often ends up returning to areas they've already picked from. Example: Row 1 is selected, picking orders from the previous day. Row 1 has 40 orders in Bay 1, 30 orders in Bay 2, 50 orders in Bay 3. The picklist selects the 100 oldest orders: 30 oldest items from Bay 1, 25 from Bay 2, 35 from Bay 3. The picker will need to run a second picklist and revisit all 3 bays. If the picklist were generated by location, Bays 1, 2, and some of 3 would be completed in the first 100 items picked, leading to more efficient picking.
