Dark Mode would be the most efficient option as it would assist with high contrast needs and protect eyes as well. Accessibility options provide opportunities but some of the necessary fields disappear from view. A dark mode option for app/pc would allow users full functionality with Neatoscan fields in mind.

I will always support dark mode, especially for mobile apps. That can legitametely help battery usage because of screen type. They desktop version would look nice too.
